I gave it 4 stars because the wheels are not strong enough to handle my 250 pounds while rolling. The stool shoots well on my hardwood floors when not busy. by H. Marlow
I would have given a 5 but the seat is slightly uncomfortable after sitting long periods of time. Easily set up and works as advertised. no worries by Al
